I'm Clyde Malloy and I am running to represent you in the United States House of Representatives from Florida's 7th District because I am deeply concerned about our future. 25 years of conservative rule have weakened our society and threatened our common purpose of building a better, fairer world for our children.
I am running for office because our government is broken. It has turned away from the values that made America great; values like justice, opportunity, community and the sense of responsibility that we feel for one another as Americans.
Corporate interests have diverted our public life from the pursuit of these values. We can reverse course and restore these values to our public life, but the challenge begins with you. I urge you to get involved, to make a generous contribution to our common cause, and to send us your suggestions.
